At Mehrqa, every order is carefully inspected before dispatch. Because our garments are sold stitched, we do not offer exchanges. Refunds are considered only in the limited circumstances described below.
Exchanges
Mehrqa does not offer exchanges, size changes, or returns due to a change of mind, personal preference, or an incorrectly selected size. Customers are requested to review the product details and size guide carefully before completing their purchase.
When a Refund May Be Considered
A refund request may be reviewed when the item received has a verified issue affecting its material quality, construction, or conformity with the order, including:
• A manufacturing defect that affects the appearance, wearability, or intended use of the garment.
• A material or fabric flaw that is not part of the fabric’s natural characteristics.
• A significant workmanship or finishing issue, such as defective stitching, incomplete finishing, or faulty embellishment application.
• Damage that was present when the order was delivered.
• An incorrect product, colour, or size dispatched by Mehrqa.
• Garment measurements that materially differ from the measurements published for the selected size.
What Is Not Considered a Defect
• A size selected incorrectly by the customer or a fit that differs from personal preference.
• Minor colour differences caused by lighting, photography, device displays, or screen settings.
• Natural variations in texture, weave, print, dye, embroidery, or embellishment that do not affect the garment’s quality or wearability.
• Minor measurement variations that are reasonable for stitched or handcrafted garments.
• Damage caused after delivery through wear, washing, improper care, alteration, or handling.
