How long does delivery take?
All orders are customized to your measurements and delivered within 5–7 working days across Pakistan. For Naqsh, unstitched suits ship the next day and stitched suits ship in 7–10 days.
What are the delivery charges?
A flat delivery charge of PKR 300 applies to every order, anywhere in Pakistan. It is added to your total at checkout.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Yes, you can cancel or modify your order until it is confirmed. Once your order is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
Are the colors exactly the same as shown in the pictures?
We strive to display colors as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting during photography and different screen settings.
Are your outfits stitched or unstitched?
Most Mehrqa outfits are ready-to-wear (stitched). Our Naqsh winter collection is available both ways: Unstitched, or Stitched (PKR 2,500 extra), with an optional Laces/Tassels add-on (PKR 1,500 extra) on selected designs.
What fabric do you use?
Each product page includes detailed fabric information. We use high-quality, comfortable, breathable fabrics that are carefully selected for everyday elegance.
Do the outfits include trousers?
Yes, unless stated otherwise, each outfit includes both the shirt and matching trousers.
How do I choose the right size?
We offer XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL, and Customized sizes. For customization, we can adjust the shirt and trouser length to your preference. If you need any assistance, feel free to message us—we're happy to help.
What if I'm between two sizes?
If you prefer a relaxed fit, we recommend choosing the larger size.
Do you accept exchanges?
Yes, exchanges are accepted for defective products, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and has all original tags attached.
Do you offer refunds?
We currently do not offer refunds. Eligible items can be exchanged according to our exchange policy.
How many days do I have to request an exchange?
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
How should I wash my outfit?
Please follow the care instructions provided with your outfit to preserve its fabric, color, and quality.

Do your outfits have pockets?
If applicable, yes! Product descriptions will mention whether a design includes pockets.
Can I order as a gift?
Absolutely. If you'd like your order to be sent as a gift, leave a note at checkout, and we'll package it accordingly.

Can I pre-order sold-out designs?
Only if pre-orders are announced for a specific collection.
